Much as we love debuting the new artists, it is always an
honor when we get horses in from the Big name Artists. This exquisite
dappled bay Sergei was painted by renown artist, Sommer Prosser,
and he is an absolute beauty. What perfection! Sommers experience
really shows in this horses meticulous dapples and layers of
shading. But perhaps the most intriguing thing about this beautiful
animal is his eyes. Sommer has captured the most realistic and
noble look in his eyes...my goodness, she must have a paint brush
that has one hair on it! SO very detailed! You have to see
this guy to believe it. He is gorgeous, Sommer! $385. |

I can never resist dressing Sergei up in this costume by
Gloria Ford! Isn't it beautiful? These Akhal Teke costumes were
often one-of-a-kind, each one made by hand by the Turks, to represent
their tribes. |

Well, what do you think, Liz? Do you think he'll make a good
jumper? "This horse shows incredible ability to jump. He
is fearless and focused and can't wait to be pointed toward a
jump. This guy is going to make a heck of a stadium jumper"!
Thanks, Liz! You sure know how to call 'em! |
