Eden, Light Chestnut by Kim Shepherd

Artist Kim Shepherd has blessed us once again with one of her beautiful masterpieces. Here, she has given the lovely Eden an amazing soft, light chestnut coat with the most perfect highlighting and shading we have ever seen. We are so happy to add Kim to our list of painters, you will definitely be seeing more of her work here! This pretty little mare actually has a velvety soft feel to her! How'd you do that Kim? Thanks for doing such a nice job on her! $325.

One of the best things about a solid colored horse is that is doesn't compete with your costume! Here, this "Brown Sugar" Chestnut mare really shows off that colorful costume by Lisa Salamandick. I believe this horse would look terrific in ANY costume!

Wow, Liz! That looks like a pretty easy going Arabian mare. What's your take on her? "Well, I think she has some trust issues. But she wants to please so badly, she just tries so hard she gets herself upset. I think with some gentle handling, though, this little girl will come right around". Hmmm! Sounds like a candidate for Rusty, wouldn't you say?

Sure enough, Rusty pitched right in to help evaluate this mare. What's the verdict, Rusty? "Well, I called the church and put her on the prayer chain before I even got over here. It must be helping because she's doing really well! I think I'll take her home to meet some of my menagerie...you know sometimes animals talk to each other and I'm sure someone will tell her everything is OK". Good idea, Rusty! Let us know how it works out!

Rusty was right! Just look how quiet that little mare is now! Good work, Rusty! You and your animal friends seem to have really made her feel loved. Hey, there's Jolene and her new dog, "Rags". How's it going, Jolene?

"Well, ya know...Rags ran off last night, so I had to pick him up at the pound this morning. Since he's a Pit Bull, Jack Russle cross, the people gave me a bad time about him chasing some goats and stuff.. I think he needs to go over to Rusty's and play with her animals so he can feel loved"!
....Now Jolene......I don't think Rags wants to "play" with Rustys animals....!
